Control box and Communications
Output from the control box is by TCP/IP over Ethernet. Each unit has its own IP address. This may be used locally by a laptop, or accessed via a network, or over the internet. External access by Gyrometric help staff is useful for diagnosing problems on line.
In addition to the digital inputs from the IME the control box has three analogue inputs which can be used for other sensors, such as temperature, pressure or a displacement sensor for the axial (Z) axis.
The control box requires a 240v 50hz supply. Other mains supply voltages and frequencies are available on special order.
